Cincinnati Parks depends on the support of the communities we serve, including the youngest advocates and outdoor enthusiasts! Parks welcomes families who want to serve together, scout troops, eco clubs and teens who have a passion for public lands.
Currently we are enlisting the invaluable help of teen volunteers to serve in the Counselors-In-Training (CIT) Program. Designed for teens, it’s an awesome opportunity to learn new skills in a fun, safe environment. Our CIT’s assist camp staff for week long assignments throughout the summer.
Each year thousands of volunteers participate in group projects and service events that are vital to the preparation and maintenance of our parks. Individuals and groups and of many sizes and abilities perform important conservation and beautification tasks that impact the work of our staff and help keep our Parks safe and beautiful!
