Special Use Permit
Interested in planning a special event in a Cincinnati Park? Please fill out the Special Use Application linked below. Completed Special Use Applications should be emailed to Wesley Brock, or turned into 705 East Pete Rose Way 45202. For questions call 513-352-6180. To receive information about fee waiver eligibility email Lou Sand. The ability to offer the fee waiver program is contingent upon funding constraints. Cincinnati Parks reserves the right to suspend or alter the Special Use Fee Waiver Policy based upon budget constraints to ensure the program is administered equitably to maximize the impact to eligible events/programs.
Metal Detector Permit
This process is now completely online. A permit is good for one year after application. To apply click the registration link below. After you complete your metal detector permit print your confirmation. While out metal detecting always have your permit and an identification card with you so Park staff can confirm you’re the permit holder.
Photo Permit
If you are seeking permission to photograph at Krohn Conservatory you must call 513-421-5707 and go through Krohn’s photo permit process.
In Cincinnati Parks Photography Permits are required for any commercial or for-profit photography, or if set up of free standing equipment is planned.
