Due to issues reasonably connected to Ohio Department of Health orders or guidance concerning COVID-19, members of Park Board may be required to participate remotely. The manner of remote participation shall otherwise comply with all requirements of the Open Meetings Act. All meetings will be held in accordance with all public health and safety protocols established by the City Administration and the Park Board and to promote public health and safety, all meetings are closed to the public. All meetings can be watched in real time on the Cincinnati Parks YouTube channel.
The Board of Park Commissioners has regularly scheduled meetings on the third Thursday of every month, starting at 9:00 A.M.
The next regularly scheduled Park Board meeting is January 21st at 9 A.M. The meeting can be watched in real time by livestreaming on the Cincinnati Parks YouTube Channel (livestream not available until meeting called to order). The Park Board of Commissioners values and welcomes your input. Public comments may be submitted to the Park Board by email at cincy.parks@cincinnati-oh.gov no later than 5 P.M. Wednesday January 20th. (please include “Public Comment: 1/21” in the subject line).

The Investment Committee is responsible for the development and execution of the Investment Policy Statement (IPS) approved by the Board. This includes monitoring the Park Board’s Endowment Assets to ensure compliance with the guidelines and objectives of the IPS. The Committee will review the Assets’ investment performance and make recommendations to the Board on all aspects of the IPS, including the Assets’ investment strategy and/or the assigned investment managers

The Urban Forestry Advisory Board (UFAB) is responsible for advising the Director of Parks on the establishments of appropriate urban forestry programs, regulations, and the planning, promotion and guidance to the urban forestry program.
The Board is comprised of nine representatives from the following: two from the Community at Large, two from the Green Industry, two from the Business Community, and the City Planner, City Engineer, and City Architect. The City positions are permanent; the other six positions are appointed by the City Manager and serve four-year terms.
The UFAB meets at least six times per year, elects its officers and adopts its own operating procedures consistent with city practice and policy.
