The sights, sounds, and tastes of News Orleans will fill Krohn Conservatory with festive fun. LIVE music, light appetizers, beads and masks as well as fortune-tellers — all of this will bring Mardi Gras to the Queen City. The Mardi Gras Masquerade Ball on Friday, March 3 from 6 – 10pm will be the perfect place and time to celebrate spring and Mardi Gras Cincinnati-style. Come for the Mardi Gras fun –– and stay for the Blooms on the Bayou (Spring Show). This show is inspired by the colorful culture of New Orleans which features the party life of the ‘Big Easy’ as well as the eerie, yet enchanting, swampy southern bayou. There’s a river shack in the bayou and even an gator or two (gators are of the plastic type, so no need for alarm)!
